Jessie Booth

Jessie Booth is a 21 year Old Guitarist from Auckland City. She has just completed her Bachelor of Music (Jazz Major) at Auckland University and has been playing music for almost 14 years now.  During her time at High School she was involved in a majority of the school bands:

         The Jessie Booth Jazz Trio

 Her Teaching career began in 2011 with the Music Education Center in Henderson and since then has been teaching students from beginner to expert level – with one of her students making it into the Popular Music programme at Auckland Universtiy.

Jessie has a wealth of playing experience with involvement in jazz combos, an alt rock band (for which she also co-writes for) and is very involved with community theatre having played 4 musicals this year alone.

Her passion is performance and teaching.
